THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 2 YEARS PROGRAM ADDED IN THE K-12 WERE AN ADDED POPULATIONS IN SCHOOL AND THE GOVERNMENT HAS ISSUES IN SCHOOL ACCOMMODATION UP TO NOW, CLASS ROOMS AND TECHNICAL ASPECT NEED IN ELECTIVE SUBJECTS AND PRACTICAL ARTS, EVEN TEACHERS THERE FEW TEACHERS IN THE GOVERNMENT……..
THE PRIVATE CAN ACCOMMODATE THE K-12 PROGRAM WHICH IT WILL BOOM THEIR EDUCATIONS BUSINESS FOR THIS ADDED EDUCATIONS YEAR OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, THEY CAN INVEST MUCH FOR THIS……
WE HOPE THE GOVERNMENT ARE EQUIPPED IN BUDGET IN THIS K-12 PROGRAM ENHANCEMENT OF EDUCATIONS FOR THE PUBLIC STUDENTS….
THE OTHER ISSUE IN THE PHILIPPINES SOCIETY IS POVERTY HOW CAN THE FILIPINO CAN SUSTAIN TO STUDY IN THIS LONG PERIOD WHICH THERE IS RAMPANT OF POVERTY AND HARD LIFE OR POOR LIFE, AND IF YOU WILL ANALYZED IF THE ECONOMY OR EMPLOYMENTS WILL NOT BOOM THE GRADUATES IN HIGH SCHOOL WILL DIMINISH……..STAND FOR ME IN OUR OPINION THIS WILL HAPPEN FOR OUR GRADUATES IN HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE FUTURE………THIS NEGATIVE FORECAST WILL CONSTRUCTIVELY MUST ADDRESSED WHICH THE CONNECTIONS OF LEARNING IS THE BASIC LIFE OF EMPLOYMENTS….
IF THE GOVERNMENT WANT TO IMPROVE FILIPINO INTELLECT MIND AND SKILLS THEY MUST DEVELOPED TOGETHER THE ECONOMY OF GIVING FULL EMPLOYMENT TO PEOPLE TO SUSTAIN THEIR CHILDREN TO STUDY IN THIS LONG PERIOD OF TIME….THE TWO YEARS OR YEARS AFTER FOURTH YEAR IS ALSO A WORLD TO ENTER IN EMPLOYMENTS TO PARTIALLY HELPED THE FAMILY IN LIVING FOR THOSE WHO LIVE IN POVERTY LIFE OR IN LESSER LIFE CAN NOT SUSTAIN THEIR CONTINUES STUDY IN COLLEGE AND NOW THE K-12 SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL……..

STUDYING IS GOOD AND IT ENHANCE OR EDUCATE AND TRAINED YOU TO HAVE GREAT ABILITY AND SKILLS IN FIELD OF INTELLECTUALITY YOU HAVE, BUT STUDYING LIKE IN K-12 EDUCATIONS PROGRAM OR ANY EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE JOB IT JUST GIVES YOU THE ABILITY AND SKILLS IN THE JOB IN PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS....WHAT WILL GIVE JOB TO PEOPLE ARE THE GOVERNMENT POLICY AND PROGRAM IN ECONOMIC SYSTEM IN LIVING...IF YOU ARE A GRADUATE IN TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL COURSES IN REALITY IN THE PHILIPPINES YOU WILL JUST BECOME STAND BY FOR THERE IS NO JOB IN YOUR FIELD OR ENOUGH INDUSTRY TO GIVE YOU JOB IN YOUR FIELD AND YOUR KNOWLEDGE NEED FINANCIAL CAPITAL TO HAVE YOUR OWN INDUSTRY OR BUSINESS IN ACCORD TO YOUR KNOWLEDGE. EVEN ALL THE FILIPINO ARE SKILLED HOW THEY CAN BE EMPLOY IF THERE IS NO INDUSTRY WAITING FOR THEM AND HOW ALL THE FILIPINO HAVE THEIR OWN SMALL SCALE INDUSTRY ACCORDING TO THEIR KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS AND ABILITY IF THEY DON'T HAVE CAPITAL RESOURCES AND THEIR SKILLS AND ABILITY AND EDUCATION'S AND TRAININGS ARE FOR WORK ONLY NOT TO HAVE THEIR OWN CAPITALIZATIONS OF BUSINESS.........
TO MATERIALIZED THE K-12 EDUCATION PROGRAM ENHANCING PEOPLE SKILLS AND ABILITY IN TECHNICAL ASPECTS OR VOCATIONAL LEVEL ABILITY DURING IN HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATIONS THE GOVERNMENT MUST TOGETHER IMPLEMENT MORE EMPLOYMENTS FOR THE FILIPINO TO SUSTAIN THIS K-12 ADDED IN SCHOOL PROGRAM IN HIGH SCHOOL.........IT IS AN ADDED EXPENDITURES FOR THE FAMILY IN STUDYING....THE FREE VOCATIONAL COURSES AFTER HIGH SCHOOL MUST BE ELEVATED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO EDUCATE AND TRAINED FILIPINO TO BECOME SKILLED AND WORKERS IN TECHNICAL AND HAVE ENOUGH ABILITY IN WORKING....
IF WE WILL THINK AND ANALYZED THE K-12, IS IT APPLICABLE IN OUR PRESENT SITUATION TO FUTURE IMPACT OF THE PLAN ? THE HUMAN RIGHTS ADVOCACY CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IN THE K-12 EDUCATIONS PROGRAM IT WILL HELPED DEVELOPING THE FILIPINOS MIND IN TECHNICAL ASPECT IF THE GOVERNMENT FACILITIES AND SCHOOLS AND TEACHERS ARE COMPLETE AND IF THE GOVERNMENT IMPLEMENT THE STANDARD LIVING OR THE FULL EMPLOYMENTS IN THE PHILIPPINES AT THE SAME TIME OF THIS K-12 PROGRAM TO SUPPORT THE STUDY OF THE CHILDREN….IF THIS CRITICISM DOES NOT MEET THE K-12 IT IS A WASTE AND WILL FAIL AND WILL NOT IMPROVE THE FILIPINO EDUCATIONS SYSTEM AND LIFE….AS IVE SAID EARLIER THERE ARE MANY FILIPINOS WILL NOT GRADUATE IN THIS PROGRAM ON THE POVERTY AND POOR LIFE OF FILIPINOS STUDYING IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS….
THE UNDER KAPAMILYA PROGRAM HOW THEY AVAIL THIS LONG PERIOD OF TIME IN STUDYING WHICH THEY ARE NOT PRODUCTIVE AND JUST FEED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF BY THE FILIPINO TAXES IN VAT……..
THE FORMER EDUCATIONS SYSTEM IS A GOOD SYSTEM PROGRAM THE 4 YEARS HIGH SCHOOL IS ENOUGH, THE GOVERNMENT NEED IS TO ADD MORE IN THE CURRICULUM OR IMPROVE THE ELECTIVE ON VOCATIONAL LEVEL OF STUDY IN 3RD YEAR TO 4RHT YEAR….COMPLETION OF THE FACILITIES AND TECHNOLOGY NEED IN THIS ELECTIVE VOCATIONAL COURSE LEVEL LIKE IN COLLEGES….AS FAR AS I KNOW THE EARIST OR EULOGIO “AMANG” RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IS THE ONE WHO HAS VOCATIONAL LEVEL OF ELECTIVE IN HIGH SCHOOL AND SOME OTHER SCHOOLS IN MANILA….
THE GOVERNMENT MUST DO LIKE THAT EDUCATIONS IN CURRICULUM IS ENOUGH TO GRADUATE WITH TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE LIKE VOCATIONAL COURSES……..ON THE POVERTY AND POOR ISSUES IN THE PHILIPPINES WE ARE NOT ENHANCING OR DEVELOPING THE EDUCATIONS IN THE PHILIPPINES BUT WE ARE PRODUCING STANDY IN THE NEAR FUTURE OR “BOBO” WHO CAN NOT STUDY ANYMORE……
WE PROMOTE THE RIGHT TO STANDARDIZATION IN THE PHILIPPINES AND FULL EMPLOYMENTS TO SUSTAIN THIS K-12 EDUCATION PROGRAM….BASED ON THE STUDIES THE POVERTY ISSUES AND POOR LIFE IS THE ONE BLOCKED AND HINDRANCE IN STUDY……
IN REALITY IN WORK THE CALL CENTER NOW ARE ACCEPTING HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES AND THE CALL CENTER ARE GIVING STANDARD SALARY ALMOST FOR THOSE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES….THE GRADUATES OF K-12 IS PROLONGING THE PERIOD OF STUDYING NEED MORE EXPENDITURES BUT FILIPINO ARE POOR AND SUFFERING POVERTY….WE DON’T NEED LONG STUDY TO BECOME INTELLECT AND VOCATIONALLY EQUIPPED WE MUST NEED GOOD HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULUM IN ELECTIVE OR VOCATIONAL LEVEL OF ELECTIVES OR PRACTICAL ARTS….
THE NSAT OR FORMER NCEE ARE THE GAUGE OF THE STUDENT TO CONTINUE IN STUDY IN COLLEGE IF THEY ARE FOR THE LEVEL OF TECHNICAL COURSES OR PROFESSIONAL COURSES….
